Challenge

Truist needed to show their unique approach to commercial banking. It was important to demonstrate their financial expertise, understanding of mid-size business owners and to embody their true-to-life brand theme of “care.”

Solution

My team and I researched dozens of client leads and conducted pre-interviews to find the right stories. Each story-driven case study supported a pillar within our 7-point content strategy, ensuring the topics we addressed met the needs and interests of our target audience.

We also designed a branded backdrop that allowed Truist to have a tangible, consistent presence within each real-world story, no matter where we filled.

The stories fueled a B2B paid media campaign (Social and Display) and ran on streaming services like Hulu.
