PepsiCo needed to drive awareness of its 2023 internship application period and inspire submissions in five key regions.

Solution

My team and I interviewed PepsiCo interns (and former interns) in different countries around the world. Then we created a social series called How It Started/How It’s Going that let associates tell the story of their own personal experience.

Brand storytelling

We created articles of curated first-person quotes and photography. Each associate spoke to what their internship meant for them in their career—and why they’d recommend it to other graduates.

Each year, PepsiCo welcomes thousands of interns around the world. But they are more than just temporary team members — they help us Dare for Better. And often they become full-time associates themselves.
