Truist needed a new creative content strategy for the commercial and corporate banking section of their web site. They wanted to be content-first and deliver timely advice and insights that spoke to the needs of C-suite business banking leaders.
Solution
I led a team that conceived and deployed a site redesign and content-driven campaign around the idea of “Imagine tomorrow. Build it today.” We interviewed over 40 subject matter experts in Truist commercial banking and identified 7 trending challenges that C-suite leaders were facing. The trends — along with viable solutions — became the structure of advice-driven editorial, social, email and video storytelling.
